About

Hi, I’m Adi — a mat Pilates instructor based in Netanya, and soon-to-be certified in reformer Pilates as well.

Movement has always been a part of me, with a rich background in dance and a true love for the connection between body and mind.

I completed my professional training in mat Pilates at Campus Sheli'im – the sports center of Tel Aviv University, one of the leading institutions in Israel in the field.

I teach mostly classical mat Pilates, offering personal and group sessions, including classes for pregnant women, postnatal recovery, and seniors.

To me, Pilates isn’t just a workout — it’s a moment for yourself.
A space to breathe, to strengthen, and to reconnect with your body — calmly, precisely, and with love.

You’re welcome to join my WhatsApp group! It’s a quiet group where I share weekly updates about upcoming mat Pilates classes in Netanya.

Pilates is suitable for everyone – even if you've never worked out before! It's also recommended for pregnant women, postnatal recovery, seniors, and those dealing with back or shoulder pain. You're welcome to join a class and we’ll make any needed adjustments together.

Each Pilates session usually lasts between 50 to 60 minutes. We begin with a gentle warm-up, and then dive into the heart of the practice – all to the sound of calming, uplifting music.

All equipment is provided at the studio, but you're always welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer!

Absolutely! There’s nothing like a fun, connecting group session with friends. Feel free to get in touch and we’ll plan something special just for you.

One of the best things about Pilates is that you can do it from anywhere! Joseph Pilates himself believed in practicing daily as part of a healthy lifestyle. In one of his books, he recommended about 4 sessions per week.
